Terms and Conditions

COD Accounts are available and may be paid with Cash, Check, MasterCard or Visa.    Kimbo Color Lab no longer offers new open accounts.    All existing active open accounts receive a monthly statement on the 1st day of every month showing billing through the end of the previous month. Accounts not paid by the 25th of the month will be charged a service charge of 1.5% per month, and the account will be placed on a COD basis until paid. A return check is subject to a $15.00 return check fee.  MasterCard and VISA minimum charge $25.00

Remakes

At Kimbo Color we want you to be satisfied with your order.  Remakes must be returned no later than 5 business days after receipt of order.

You must return the entire part of the order in question.  Including:

1. The original order with any special instructions. 

2. A new order form. 

 If this is a digital order, the new files will not be processed until we receive the original ordering material prints, and file or files in question.
