Service Time
Orders received in lab after 12:00 noon will be considered as received the next day. Regular service days are Mondays through Fridays. Normal service times are approximate only; they are based on average workflow and are established only as a guide. Improperly exposed negatives, mixing of categories on the same order, vague instructions and unusual or difficult art corrections can contribute to order delays. No delivery times are guaranteed unless rush charges are authorized.

Telephone Inquiries
We are happy to quote prices and delivery times over the telephone; however, final determination will be made when the order is actually placed.

Rush Services
24 Hour Service, add 100% to regular charge. 48 Hour Service, add 50% to regular charge. Minimum Rush Charge will be $15.00.

Supplies
Negative glassines, order forms, etc., will be supplied on request at no charge.

Order Corrections and Remakes
If, for any reason it should become necessary for you to return an order, or part of an order, please return: (1) the print, (2) the original order form, (3) a copy of the invoice, and (4) precise instructions concerning what you want corrected. We cannot accept returned orders after 10 days of the invoice date.

Cancelled Order
All cancelled orders are subject to a handling charge based on amount of work completed at the time of cancellation

ReOrders
These will be billed as new orders. It is not always possible to exactly match the color and density of a previous order. However, on custom orders we will come as close as possible if an original print is returned as a guide

Packing and Shipping
Finished work will be shipped by UPS or First Class Mail as requested. A minimum $5.50 packing and shipping charge will be added. We also offer Federal Express and other carriers upon request.

Minimum Orders
$10 minimum an all orders except prepaid film "Process only". $25 minimum on payments with credit card.

Liability
Utmost care will be exercised in handling your film and negatives. However, we will assume no liability for loss or damage of said film or negatives beyond the cost of unexposed film of the same type and size.
